What is your return policy?

All product sales are final. Ginger-U does not accept return of products for refund, credit, exchange, or any other purpose.

One-third of online purchases are returned because of no-questions asked return policies. The economic cost is passed on to the customers through increased pricing. The environmental cost is passed on to society. We elect not to contribute to these.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We will correct the order error promptly. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with an e-mail to support@ginger-u.com, describing the error.

What if I don’t like the product I ordered?

If you do not wish to receive a shipment, please contact support@ginger-u.com. Note: Once a shipment has been processed (meaning it has been billed) it cannot be canceled.
